Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We guarantee every item we sell to be free from manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date your order is shipped. We will exchange, refund or issue a credit for items returned in unused condition.

Returns and Exchanges
Any item you purchase from us may be returned for credit within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in resalable condition, or is defective in material or workmanship (subject to our inspection).

Before returning any item, please complete the Problem Resolution Form to obtain a return authorization. This provides us with the ability to check the return form for stocking preparation. Without a return authorization, we will not process your return or credit your account.

If there is a problem with your order or the merchandise you received, please complete the Problem Resolution Form. The Problem Resolution Form provides the information we need to ensure that the transaction is processed correctly.

If the problem was caused by us, such as sending the wrong item, an incorrect quantity of an item, or a defective item, then we will process the problem after you fill out the Problem Resolution Form.

If the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or our error, we will gladly arrange the return at our expense. Returns that are not caused by a defect or error on the part of the manufacturer must be returned at your expense. All returns must be prepaid; we do not accept cash-on-delivery returns. Include a copy of the return authorization in the package. All items must be returned in their original packaging.

Price Protection
When a product goes on sale or we reduce the price, we will give you the difference between the price you paid and the sale price in the store credit if you purchased the product within 14 days prior to the sale. Call or email us to request a credit.
Damaged Goods
Check your order upon arrival. Damage must be noted on the delivery receipt. Contact within 7 calendar days of receipt for any shortages or damage. Please complete the Problem Resolution Form.

Out of Stock Policy
Out-of-stocks rarely occur; our website is designed to prevent them from happening in most cases.

We may hold your order for up to 3 business days to allow backordered items to arrive. If you request expedited shipping, we will attempt to contact you.

If we expect the backordered item to arrive here within 15 business days, we will charge you for the entire order and ship all in-stock items. We will ship the backordered item to you upon arrival at no additional cost. We will notify you of this on your invoice. You may cancel backordered items and request a refund by sending us an email at any time prior to shipping.

If we do not wish to receive backordered items within 15 business days, we will remove them from your order so that you do not have to pay for them. We will notify you of this on your invoice. You can reorder items when they are available again.

Prices are quoted in US dollars. All prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing, photography and typographical errors may be corrected. All prices are FOB Pasadena, California.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between and the purchaser and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the United States of America.
